Our passion for curating beautiful dreamscapes spans across a wide range of events including corporate activations, baby showers, weddings, proms, children’s birthdays and life celebrations.

Founded in 2013 and spearheaded by founder and designer Valerie Roberson, Valash is second-to-none as a leader in planning, designing and executing events.
Our diverse design portfolio highlights Valash’s expertise in crafting one-of-a-kind experiences from high profile events to intimate family celebrations. With no location being out of our reach, our designs have elevated events from California to Kentucky to South Florida to Puerto Rico.
HOW WE CREATE
At Valash our creative process is as unique as every idea we bring to life. Below is a step-by-step of our process;
Discovery: We listen, learn and ask questions about our clients and their event -budget, number of guests, timelines and overall expectations- to clearly define the event vision in order to determine the direction for designing and planning.
Conceptualization: Utilizing the information our clients provide us with, we begin establishing a theme, creating color palettes, mood boards and generate other visual aid to help convey the concept of the vision.
Design & Planning: Having streamlined the vision, we begin to source ideal venues, vendors, event rentals while designing floor plans, layouts and structuring the event’s timeline from set-up to breakdown.
Mid-Point Check-In: At this time we connect with our client’s to update them on the designing and planning to ensure that what we have crafted is in keeping with their overall expectations in order to secure their approval to move on to the next phase of the event planning journey.
Production: We confirm venues, vendors, source supplies and begin production on event novelties in preparation for installation and load-in.
Install & Day Of: Load-in, setup and install event decor specifics; lighting, florals, tables, chairs, draping and other decor elements specific to our client’s event.
Party Time: Our client’s enjoy their vision having turned into an unforgettable reality.
Breakdown: Disassemble, breakdown and remove all design elements, coordinate and direct all respective vendors to ensure all equipment, rentals, etc have been collected and all areas are left orderly, completing the creative journey of design planning with us.
